Rosella: A Risk and Compliance AI Agent for Industrials

At Parakeet, we've blogged and posted extensively about the cost of Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance in the Industrial Sector. We obsess about this problem because we know it not only increases the cost of the goods and services we rely on in the built environment but also makes it hard for new companies to innovate in the space. Managing supply chain risks, financial risks, insurable risks, regulatory compliance risks, and environmental risks is key. However, it requires equipment, software, coordination, and human capital. We built Rosella to lower these costs and improve Risk and Compliance outcomes in the Industrial Sector.

Rosella is an AI Agent that enables the Risk and Compliance team to get more done and lower the cost of compliance in highly regulated industrial companies. Rosella assists in essential critical tasks in Risk and Compliance, including third-party Risk Assessment, Regulatory Change Capture, Data analysis, research, and reporting. Rosella is one unified platform, but it has three experiences to facilitate the kinds of work done by Risk and Compliance teams.

Chat Interface

One way to interact with Rosella is through a chat interface. Rosella connects to all data on Parakeet and has access to search on the internet through Exa.ai. Rosella knows about your suppliers, risks, risk assessments, equipment, contractors, etc. Rosella is also aware of state and federal regulators and can quickly answer questions you may have about those.

Rosella Pages

Research is the lifeblood of compliance and risk teams. Compliance and Risk teams provide detailed evidence of a risk or compliance issue so that teams can manage it appropriately. Rosella can research a topic like a recall, provide details about it, including the affected products and any news clippings, and even understand how it might impact your supply chain. Users can share Rosella Pages internally or externally for collaboration. They can also use them as additional proof in a Risk Register or Compliance Plan.

Tasks & Tools

Rosella uses several tools to facilitate its work, assisting risk and compliance teams. These tools include SQL Data Analysis Capability, Web Search, Article Summarization, Regulatory Extraction (Extracting relevant regulatory details from an article), Document Extraction, YouTube Search, and Regulatory Filing (Drafting reports for EPA, DOE, and other regulators).

Rosella can perform multiple-step workflows based on instructions. For example, you can ask her to search the web, find statistics, run an analysis on internal and external data, and then put together a report. Or you can ask her to analyze your supply chain and find any gaps.

About the name

Rosellas are a type of Parakeet. They have beautiful multi-colored plumage and are incredibly industrious when it comes to foraging and nest building. We couldn't think of a better name for our AI Agent.
